The delivery driver was rude over the phone it seemed as though he didn’t want to get out of the car to actually “deliver” the food. He hung up on us, wouldn’t answer when we called back then left without providing the food I waited an hour for. After walking around my apartment complex and not finding him, I called the pizza shop back to find out what happened… he was already back and yelled in the background that the doors were locked. Which is not true. Terrible service, I can only assume the food is equally poor. At this point I’ll spend my money elsewhere so I’ll never know how trash the pizza truly is at this location.

Great food from a local home town excellent 🍕 maker. Long history small biz deliciousness with a major brand quality taste. Try it for yourself. Open late hours. So please be kind and tip what you can afford to.

Well, I now understand why this location has received the ratings that it has. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't all the good either. The crust was much more doughy than expected, and the sauce was bland. It wasn't bad, but with so many other pizza options in the area there is not need for me to return.

The pizza is great— not greasy, consistent, excellent topping ratio. Good coupons. Easy online ordering and the delivery folks are just the best. The very best hands down. And the Channello’s sauce is stupid good.

Tucked away in a small, unpretentious building, Chanello’s may not catch your eye at first glance, but their toasted Italian sub certainly caught my taste buds. For $10.99, the foot-long sub was a deal, especially if you opt for pick-up. The alternative is a $7 delivery charge. The Italian sub’s bread was toasted just right, making it through the journey to my office without losing its crunch. The sub came with a delightful mix of green and banana peppers, often an extra elsewhere. The shop’s interior was minimalistic, and the service seemed to be a one-man operation, yet it was efficient for my pickup. If I could make one suggestion, it would be for a more generous helping of meat. Despite this, the sub hit the spot and I’d point anyone looking for a straightforward, tasty sandwich towards Chanello’s.
